Do you work with insurance?

Yes! You can either pay us directly and get reimbursed by your insurance, or file a glass claim with your provider and let them know you want Fusion Auto Glass to handle the work.

How do I set up payments using Klarna?

Once you receive your quote, just let us know you’d like to pay using Klarna. We’ll send you a secure payment link, and if approved, you can use Klarna to split your payment, interest free.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes! We are fully mobile so you don’t have to disrupt your day.

How long does a windshield replacement take?

Most replacements can be done in under 1 hour.

Do you do recalibrations?

Yes! We handle dynamic recalibrations for vehicles equipped with ADAS (advanced driver-assistance systems). Static recalibrations will be coming soon.

Is your work guaranteed?

Absolutely! All our work comes with a lifetime warranty.

Will my price change after scheduling?

No. Unlike other companies, our quotes include all taxes, calibration, and fees upfront. You’ll know exactly what your paying.

How soon can I drive after a windshield replacement?

Our urethane that we use needs 30 minutes to cure before it’s safe to drive. We’ll let you know the exact time for your vehicle.

Do I need to be present for the mobile service?

No. As long as you leave us a key for the vehicle, you don’t have to be there. We’ll complete the work and send you a secure payment link so you can pay easily once the job is done.

Will a chip repair make the chip disappear?

A repair prevents the damage from spreading, but you may still see a small blemish. The goal is safety and stopping further damage, not making it invisible.
